3SP’s Player Development is led by our collegiate coaching staff focusing on individual skill. Each practice and workout is planned out the way we coach our college athletes.

Practices are set in a controlled environment where we can work on specific elements of the game, building them up to game-speed.
The fall schedule is based on practice, giving our 3SP athletes time to recover from their spring and summer season while still taking strides to take their game to the next level.
Private and group lessons are available year-round with all 3SP coaches. In order to schedule, contact a 3SP coach to set up a time and location to meet.
3SP is also partnered with Mo Baseball and Training providing opportunities in Strength and Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, as well as various programs in regards to Arm Care, Velocity Development, and Hitting programs.
